Vision
The Deacons of First Baptist Church, Cabot, AR desire to promote unity and see the church on mission as a result. Our efforts should allow our pastors and teachers to focus on: Prayer, Discipleship (Ministry of the Word), and Evangelism (Facilitating the spread of the Good News).
Mission
To promote unity by understanding and meeting the needs of the membership and those we impact, by: Leading the care ministry of the church. Organizing ourselves in a way to understand, articulate and respond appropriately to identified needs. Aligning the deacon ministry with bible study / care groups. Being aware of the spiritual needs of the congregation.
